Manufacturing Stress,
or Regulating Nutrition to Environmentally Determined Action?


This is a piece of written work made entirely at 6th July 2007 – five years to the day after the author recovered from a thirty year internal muscule prolapse, which had been the result of a stressful infancy accident, in combination with an event witnessed of natural disaster fifteen years later, that because of a single similarity, enabled that the two stressors combined made for a post traumatic stress condition, but which had not developed until the few years prior to 6th July 2007, on which date recovery began over a meal of vietnamese rice paper rolls. Please consider this while reading.

There is a considerable quantity of literature available about how to eat well so as to avoid stress. But what about the fact that when we are experiencing environmental stress, our body gets a kick start into regulating the stress, by dietary adjustments. Yet then again, once the environmental stressor dissipates again, if we are not encouraged to return our diet to normal, the physiology in which we managed a stressful condition through diet, is sustained far beyond our need to condition attending to our environment in the condition of fear that stress is.

There are a group of known substances, which are told to be causal to stress. These are things like: the caffeine family of diuretics, (but also any and every drug of dependance as well as those sold to us as food); MSG; sugars and high carbohydrate food generally; and fats and oils, are all examples of such foods. In this group I will now also include any specific natural food that has in the past been over consumed because it is readily available, and is still in that consistent availability, but of which our body had developed a intolerance to during past stress. Let me define these foods as being not just causal to stress, but an effective way to manage stress, only so long as we can accept the stress as transitory, and once the stress is passed, we can cease from any over-consumption of any and every substance. Interestingly there are different responses in different individuals. One person might seek more fats, and another more carbohydrates, and another more of both combined: like feeling a sudden unwanton craving for a big sticky cream bun before that important meeting, and then hating ourselves for having eaten it afterwards if the meeting had not gone well. Since stress has a direct link with many other biological functions, we might be well off to know what the best response is, and to find a way of directing our auto-immune responses in that direction.

Some foods have no addictive quality, perhaps because our immune system is well enabled to alert our tastebuds to the fact of any overindulgence. (I am being careful here to discriminate substances as only foods, and not mention any drug capacity, although clearly, when under stress, what defines a food as a food and not a drug, becomes an even more blurred line than at any other time.) Perhaps our ancestors had never over indulged in such foods, and so there had not developed any genetically transmitted susceptibility to develop an intolerance by over-indulgence. Here are two examples. One is eggs. Eggs manifest in the lists of foods which are causal to too much stress. Yet an egg is a difficult thing to swallow when our tummy is already full. The fact is, for eggs to be manifesting in those lists of foods causal to stress by being causal to allergies, there has to have been a genetic predisposition to developing an allergy. That is, unless we ourselves had dramatically over-indulged in egg consumption for an enduring period of time in our own life. Perhaps we had not had the money to buy any other source of protein, but had been given a gift of enough chook food to keep the chickens well feed enough that we had ten hens laying every day. This sort of event might be frequent for farmers during a drought, for example. Then by our having over-indulged in eggs during a stressful few years, as a daily fact, later, if we were to eat a plate of devilled eggs at a future point, we are reminded physiologically of the conditions of being forced into constant mental stress.

The egg story is an old one, with which many of us might be familiar. But what about the avocado? I know that my tummy gets full up on avocado very easily, even when I have been craving to eat one. I learned one day, after eating two, that if I overindulge in many avocadoes, my liver can not thereafter cope with a cup of coffee. But that is actually a coffee intolerance, which the avocado had linked with the physiology of, and that my body is that way enabled, is because my liver naturally went into the production of a high level of certain amines needed for the converting fat into pyruvate, so that the avocado would be an energy food rather than causing me to put on weight. Coffee is a stimulant which stimulates certain liver functions in a sluggish liver, but because my liver is more likely to be already stimulated only be need, rather than need that kick start, the coffee then was a stressing substance to introduce to my physiology. But for another person, if their liver was struggling to produce the substances necessary to digest the avocado, then the coffee might have relieved a state of being under-stressed internally for the reality of the environmental requirements upon us.

Perhaps it is that many more people might have a genetic switch in which eggs are well metabolised, but that can be turned off if eggs are over consumed frequently when there is a high level of cortisol in the blood stream, than there are families who owned an avocado orchard, and so had many avocadoes when no other food was available. Cortisol is the secretion from the adrenal glands at the top of the kidneys, which is produced in excess during times of stress. But cortisol is also a part of our normal daily function when not in any stressful condition. Normally there is a higher level of cortisol caused in us just by the sun rising in the morning, and that is especially more so the case in any white skin person. A white skin person tends to be more likely to have a sluggish liver also. While black skin persons tend to have a differently organised supply in the cerebrospinal fluids circulation, which is far more enabling of the liver. Thereby any black skin person is likely to already be in the state of having a highly enabled liver production pattern, without need for an influx of cortisol to stimulate that.

I notice the influx of cortisol on any day in which I might have an important appointment, because I attend to may appearance better in the mirror before leaving the house. Cortisol is enabling of the patterns of bodily homeostasis in that very important function in which our kidneys clean the blood through a process of sodium and potassium ion exchange. Remember that old adage, about the “salt of the Earth”? I have a theory, which I would like to investigate, but since I never finished my medical lab science degree, it is a little beyond my immediate means. The theory is that the sodium and potassium salts deposits, can be divided into those which carry the electric signals in the body triggering information flow about how our body appears, distinct from those mostly engaged in the repetitive patterns which need to be triggered. May persons know that eating sodium chloride can enable more vivid Dreams. So there is an implication that consuming sodium is enabling of vanity. Meanwhile, folk whose kidney’s are overly stressed, often find that using potassium salts is relieving, and better enables relaxation without fear of loosing our mental impressions of the world. But if we eat more of one salt, are we in fact causing more deposits to be carried by our blood stream, of the other salt? The theory is a complex one and comes from the analysis of Religious teaching about the nature of different sorts of persons. But it is all connected up with how well any of us are enabled to sustain a clear thinking mind, which is attenuated to every environmental input, during any sustained stressful condition.

The theory relates to the genetics also, and that fact of there being seven genetic markers of ancestry, in which it is known that the only persons with all seven markers, can be either more fully enabled in total self knowledge and memory excellence, or far less enabled by birth to sustain much self consistency, and also in that second instance, with a much shorter life expectancy. Obviously this is about the theory of evolution, and how it relates to Religious teaching. The seven genetic markers, can be readily directly equated with the seven forms of martyrdom; which are also given names as seven ways in which a person can be in the “shade of Allah”. Being in the shade of Allah means that you have God’s blessing not to know, simply because your biology has not been breed to be capable of knowing. This explains why some folk are far more sensitive to things like Prophetic visions etc. Each of the seven relates to one of the seven deadly sins, and whether the physiology is “turned on” to identifying that sin in every instance. Now then back to my theory. The theory is that the so called “stress hormone” cortisol, is a regulator of the genetic switches regarding which of these seven markers we are letting regulate our physiology, from among the set of markers which is in our DNA. That regulation is occurring between the relative balances in the discretely known capacity to manage vanity versus greed. Greed being only really the propensity to repeat, which when managed well, is actually life sustaining, but when known as a sin it is most often related to our repetitive consumption, and vanity being our concern with pleasant appearances when it is a sin, and just the general shape of the world, when we are managing it well. If we had none at all of greed we might not repeat existing as the same person for any more than one moment, and if we had none at all of vanity we might have no shape and be only an amorphous mist.

Now then returning to an earlier mentioned fact, that our body can manufacture pyruvate from a fat, if our liver has a high level of function. Pyruvate can be metabolised from carbohydrates extremely readily and speedily, and it then enters the mitochondria, which are organelles within every cell, and is the “food” engaged in the process of transforming matter into energy, stored in a chemical know as ATP, which later looses an atom, and releases energy, becoming then ADP, after which the ADP returns to the mitochondria to become re-energised back into ATP. The process inside the mitochondria is nothing short of a perfect miracle. The pyruvate engages in a number of transformations within the mitochondria, enabling of what is called Krebs cycle, in which other molecules so caused, travel mechanically over a molecule shaped like a paddle wheel, and turning it around on its axis, just as a waterfall might turn a paddle for a flour mill, and that turning motion activates the transformation of the ADP back into ATP. So at a molecular level we are sustained by a constant transformation of mechanical energy into chemical energy, which then transforms back into mechanical energy as we need to use our muscles for movement. But here what is important is the process by which the pyruvate itself is caused to exist. The manufacture of pyruvate from only carbohydrates puts certain the body under certain stress, and in fact is wearing on the kidneys. But if we can manufacture pyruvate from fats, then we have a better endurance in our kidneys. To enabled that manufacture process, we need more nitrogen in an absorbable form, so we need to eat more plant food. This is why we are more likely to get high cholesterol from eating eggs than from eating avocados. Perhaps the farmer’s wife who keep her parsley patch up with water from the washing, has a family less likely to be susceptible to egg intolerances.

The idea is that by managing our diet we can enable the switching on or off of various genetic predispositions. Ideally we want for our body to be regulated by having as much of our ability to account for ourselves when in the wrong, being in a switched on way, since in that we as individuals are enabled to cause the least harm to other persons and our environment. So in fact, that stress condition is always self preventable, just as it can be forced to become self sustaining. If we attend to the fact of any matter we are not in knowledge of, just by admitting not to know, the we immediately reduce our stress levels. Yet if we worry that we need to know so as to get money with the knowledge, then we are more inclined to begin to eat what is likely to induce more stress, and then simultaneously we crave what we might have at an earlier time survived through stress with an overdependence upon, and so we only prove that we are manufacturing stress.

The ideal is that we need to admit that a stressor is indeed real, and has a potential to cause harm. Then in that environment in which we can not avoid that stressor, we can first attempt to engage in altering our dietary habits as to utilise better our bodies energy, in attempting to prevent the stressor. If we can prevent the stressor, as soon as it is prevented, we must return to normal dietary conditions, or we risk manufacturing stress. Then also, if we prove to our self that we can not, in any way, have any effect on the stressor in reducing the overall level of stressful conditioning we are being subject to, we must also thereby reduce our bodily efforts to manage the stress, but in undertaking an opposite strategy, the necessary dietary alteration is the same, to go back to normal dietary conditions, and perhaps even with a total reduction in overall consumption. The management of our diets by regulating the physiology through plant food additives, such as spirulina, brahmi, and shark cartilage, as tablets, and supplementing with vitamin pills, is a method of managing in conditions in which we can not reduce the stessors in the environment which has become popular in this day; but it is only effective if we are also enabled to totally reduce our carbohydrate and fat intake, and so the intake of such protiens is no more than our body is actually metabolising. Otherwise we risk putting our genetic codes into disarray. For ezample, if we can not remove the stressor, but we keep overindulging in carbohydrates, we are becoming diabetic, and if we keep overindulging in fats, we can become susceptible to heart and liver illnesses. The glycemic index is the indicator we need to learn to read and live in the world of comprehension of. The issue is, that when we can not prevent a stress, but also can not always identify the stress as only environmental, rather than of our own self, as though we ourselves are in the wrong, then we can actually do acute damage to our internal organs. But if we can just relax into belief that we can not know what comes next in this story of life, then our internal muscle sphincters, and diaphragms relax, and we need less food, that is, until we find ourselves again wanting to work at a high level and for a reason that is non-stressful.

Now contemplate all that I have so far written, within the context of the following facts:
We know of an amount of DNA which is inherited maternally from only our mother;
We know that there are the MHC (major histo-compatibility complex) molecules of our immune system, which can be increased or decreased in variety, and so overall immune capacity, and that such increases are enabled only by skin contact with the correct opposite pattern of MHC molecules, but that a decrease in overall immunity occurs if breeding offspring is done with those of the same original MHC availability;
We know that every ancient culture had a Kinship system regulating marriages in which there are patterns of exogamous (must marry outside of your own group) moieties that can be aligned with MHC molecule existence, and also that a maternal inheritance was always acknowledged distinct from paternal inheritance, and in which that DNA we inherit from our mother must have been enabled;
We know also, that in Indigenous Australian culture, how any person fits into being labelled by the Kinship social tags, as identifications of biological possibility, determines any pattern of what species are socially acceptable as food.
There is also a view in science that cortisol had a part to play in the evolution of species.

Can we then in this sort of knowledge, perhaps begin to seriously scientifically question why one form of protein is better for one person than another form is? For example, I myself find that eating Crocodile feels as funky as any meat could get, and I know thereby that I am not ever likely to try snake, but also that Kangaroo usually tightens my internal diaphragms up considerably, so I am in need of being very observant of what is in my mind while eating it, however an Emu is good tucker anytime. These statements have very real meaning to an Aborigine, but interestingly, if you were to define to an East Asian person, which meats make your mind go blank, in contrast to which meats make your mind too full, then a similar meaning might be comprehended. The meanings are only similar rather than the same, because a different outcome is being sought in eating, but the underlying science is that exact same. The differences relate to cortisol production and circulation capacity, but the similarities relate to how our own mitochondrial DNA pre-programmes us to digest the various species depending upon the variation in balance of different amino acids, carbohydrates, amides, etc. For example, since my own tendency is to observe the world in words, and often a bit too much in shapes also as a writer, then a meat which has more pride of causing me to Dream in pictures of what I not am, is necessary, or better for my health. Usually Aborigines eat only their father's meat. That means meat causing me to Dream of my father. While East Asians eat that of the meat which is more alike to who might be the best marriage partner, yet they are not usually actually married to that person, whereas Aboriginal australians usually are.

The field of immuno-genetics is ready to undertake full research in these areas, if only there can be found funded Immuno-geneticists who might want to work alongside Anthropologists and Agriculturalists and even especially Hunters and Gathers. It will only make for bad stories in the world of scientific discoveries about the Human genetic if we all believe that only racial hatred and negative discrimination towards oppressed minorities might motivate any work in the field of study of the science of genetics. Where are the well minded geneticists? Are such persons able to comprehend my story written here with only less than an undergraduates comprehension of the science, but with a Professors comprehension of the world in which science and Religion can readily reconcile into what will be more closely alike to modern Science, than to modern Religious forms. Most real believers in Religion, in this age, are moving in this direction.

It is a bit hard for me to readily know what the readership of this article will be able to comprehend of my connecting the pieces of a story here. Frankly I am well behind the eight ball in the science lessons, and so aim my writing towards a very uneducated in bio-chemistry audience. So any Chemist is likely to distain my world veiw in regard that I have not undertaken the necessary research to prove a point. In fact there is a teaching in Religion that describes our minds as unable to sustain a realistic world outlook in Religion, until we also have the keys in Science to the exact same phenomenon. As above so below, is the phrase, which means, if you receive knowledge through prayer then you must study that same knowledge from the ground up in science, usually at a cellular level, or often these days also at a molecular level. (The astro-physicists are messing around with comprehension of the Devil, so better to avoid unless you have met Him.) However, all that aside, it is a real, and burning question for our time, to ask what is it which will cause us to best be enabled to regulate our physiology, such that we can sustain to the maximum extent our capacity in self knowledge, and also then ablity to observe how well we, or anybody else, are adhereing to the Prophesies of the future. It need not even be applied to Religious, or Religious type belief in Prophesy, but you might only wonder about how any of us will better enable our health, so as to decide to follow one Dream above any other. Then never mind these questions belonging to any prophesy or even only a dream, but what about simple predictions of the stock market, interest rates, and the weather which farmers are at the mercy of. Had you known that when a strain of strawberries were genetically engineered to be larger and juicier, and then planted en masse, that the crop planting pattern changed the rain fall pattern in part of California USA; much in the same way as the Rabbit Proof Fence has changed rainfall around it here in australia.

I am not trying to just stir you up, in your natural and decent and necessary skepticism, but rather I am reframing a few known facts, so as to open your considerations to new possibilities of scientific investigation in relation to diets and stress. Stress is the exact condition in which an evolutionary option is possible, because we either evolve a new condition in our genetics, or we become extinct, if every any stressor is not able to be prevented in the environment. The immediate consideration is that of how we each are immediately relatively coping or not, and diet is the largest part of that consideration.

When we are “manufacturing stress” perhaps more than is necessary, or manufacturing stress artificially rather than to the larger and more heavily prescribed patterns which the natural world abides in, we can cause either of two things to happen. We become either more, or less, enabled in our immune inheritance.

Manufacturing stress is when we eat, or diet, or regulate our health, by any method which is designed to enable us toward only further indulgences of eating, rather than in correcting the causation of the stress. Do we dare ask why so many of us are acting in such manners in this day, with a hole in the ozone and global warming hanging over us? No wonder we are all suffering from stress related health conditions.

Perhaps the only exceptions today from a totally stressed out world population, are babies and children who are not yet in education. Although many of us know we can not always prevent a child from being stressed either, perhaps from around the time they begin to be weaned from their mother's breast. But at least we can provide our children that time in utero stress free, and the years breastfeeding stress free, if only the mother is willing to realise that any problem in life is only her own and not also her child's. Every mother works to ensure that her children can grow up into their majority without needing to feel the blame for things like the greenhouse effect, but at the same time being prepared mentally and emotionally to accept the responsibility for turning those phenomenon around and saving those aspects of the environment which sustain our lives. So we are all necessarily demanding upon our children to become well tempered to what is likely to be a stressful context which their lives are lived in. In that we must be motivated to ensure that our children are not internally condemning themselves by enabling more stress than need be real. Such is caused only by fear, and it is that same fear of not knowing, in which the Human species has caused the environmental stressors. Obviously diet, from pregnancy on, is the first and foremost beneficial point at which we can improve the conditions in which stress has only relative measures for most folk. There could be described an empirical measure of stress, yet the variables are not yet fully scientifically researched.

I wonder will the big multinational companies and the governments and banks and armies, gradually want to decrease the size of the economy and all its negative output, when they can swallow what they are causing to their own health?

We must all find the motivation to work towards coping with those stressors which are not able to be diminished by normal responses to an immediate increase in cortisol. We all suppose that we eat more take away when we get stressed, only because we are too busy to cook, but in fact we are possibly just as able to make dinner, but if we made our own meal it might also be more likely to be a lot of fried carbohydrate, because the cortisol is already produced and needing that energy burst to be safely distributed and cause its effect. Yet after how long in sustained high levels of cortisol production, must we limit our food intake so as to regulate our body better back towards decreasing the cortisol, after coming to a dead end in every avenue by which we might alter the situation.

What is happening to very many persons, is that they use overeating, if not drug abuse or other worse acts like sodomy, to trick themselves into false belief as though real. We might cover up one part of our mind, which knows that a situation is to be feared, only so that the witness in another part of our mind, is sustained as though oblivious to the full facts of our knowledge. For example, what happens when we know that we ought to use less electricity, but we want a hot drink? We usually aren't even finding a communal kitchen where there is an urn being kept hot all day even if we don't get our cuppa out of it. These sorts of daily small decisions, are all adding up into the total quality of stress we are coping with, as well as the quantity. Because we can only cope with a certain quantity of stress, so if we are not considering how our daily actions can reduce greenhouse gas emissions, then we have less available mind space, and lifestyle space, in which to actively cope through the stress of making a work place paid job for ourselves from work to improve the health of the environment. It is interesting to note also, that the persons who can actualise a work career which enables money to be earned from tasks oriented to reducing the overall stress in the world, tend to also be better able to conceptualise difficult Religious concepts. Or perhaps I can tell it only that such persons tend to have a healthier spiritual awareness, whatever that means. Religious thought is mainly useful in the formation of a dogma for speech about the world in which we believe in substances of a finer density than our physical body. Remember that I am a Muslim, and this belief is inherent in the material I am learning about within Qur'an and other Ahadith.

Perhaps I am asking of you a quantum leap of faith, one in which I can not expect you to be able to agree with this, unless or until, you also have as much as myself of scientific verification and validation from in the material world we all share daily, as to the efficacy of the older traditions of belief. Particularly I would like to highlight that belief in Kinship marriage laws as I learn it in the Aboriginal australian tradition, and can qualify that it is the same belief as is held in Islam, with the differences being only according to which sect of Islam, under which Islamic patriarch, you might learn to be a Muslim in; just as Aboriginal culture has as many variations as there are patrilineal clans. The fact that is important in my understanding, is that Aboriginal society could, before 1788, regulate the health of its members, by observances of the effects of marriage partnerships and diet, and that the health of everybody was far better than it is today, when without being able to practise cultural sanctions properly.

In fact, I will here go so far as to say that Aboriginal culture in its traditional forms retains the knowledge of which of all species of australian flora and fauna, have which types of mitochondrial DNA, and which australian flora and fauna can aid what MHC molecules to manifest in what persons. The processes by which this knowledge is kept are just unrecognisable to a European based culture, and often even to an Arabian based culture. But in Arab language, the verb “to kafr” which means “to imagine that you are in a decided way of being, which you know already can not be true since your decisions have already directed you otherwise”, which is held as a most serious mental fault, contains the key of why australian Aboriginal culture is so effective at mental health practises. In Aboriginal culture if we fall into any internal mental process of kafr, we are taught to correlate each and every kafr with one among the native species, and that being which has the correct DNA sequencing ability which depicts the actual disease of any kafr. A similar process exists in the European and Indian science of homeopathy, but in which the genuine science is often ill attended to.

What has at times manifested in world social reguard for Australian aborigines (and most non-Eurocentric science cultures), is that the capacity to discern every environmental, and individual internal, possibility of danger, has been regarded as though of slow wit, dim mind, and inferior knowledge. Yet think about how much longer every decision might take if we have an ability to consider a much larger set of consequences. If we have every of the seven ancestral genetic markers in an on position, so as we have seven different perspectives open as to what can go wrong in any instance, naturally our minds will be more afraid and so slower to decide, but also our kidneys will be naturally more able to produce cortisol, and the also we might be naturally better at identifying when to just let go and relax into the stressful condition. This is the case of about one third of the Aboriginal population, that any stress is just being abided in without complaint; then perhaps another good third are being enabled to alter environmental stressors, and so need not sustain a stress homeostasis of physiology; and another third are not responding to the knowledge that the stress has gone on too long, and are those likely to have diseases like diabetes and other substance abuse induced conditions.

There is a theory of relating these different responses to stress back into the religious prophesies, by naming those who become enabled to alter the environment in a positive frame towards the future, as those chosen in Allah for salvation, while the other groups are not likely to survive any mass extinction caused by any new diseases which might arise give the need for constant incremental alterations to our homeostatis. Homeostasis is a term in biology describing the way that the human physiology makes adjustments to place the whole life expectancy of the body, ahead of the health of any given organ or cell. Religious stories are all allegories, in which we attune to the teaching of what defines reality, through decisions which are not often our own, but are determined in a larger social environment, in which the whole society is working towards a unifying social phenomenon alike to any individual organism's homeostasis. That is a correspondence seemingly unusually among religious folk, but is accepted best by those religious believers who are the most devout and in the most full belief in Qur'an and Bible. It is unpopular with religious folk who want to seek to blame persons of another religion, because it is making religious belief no less real than science, and science no lesser a religion. Curiously it is often that Aborigines in australia, who have been found to have all seven ancestral genetic markers, who are more likely to be enabled to regard the frame of religion as an actual active science, and science as its own religion.

What conclusions might a bio-chemist who works in the world of genetics, be lead into in respect of the production of cortisol, as it interacts with the ancestral genetic markers as they determine food cravings? That is the real question in this essay.

There are a few other obvious things which I can note here for due consideration. The East Asian genetic is markedly different to the European style of having white skin, in the work of the kidneys and liver as regulators of homeostasis. East Asian culture and dietry habits are reflected in the biological differences. If fact here I will use these racial features to make a point, that every biological difference is caused by the beliefs ascribed to throughout our ancestry, and because what survives in the genetics were the life sustaining beliefs, it is always wrong to attempt to make an example of any biological basis for life, as though a lesser form, or less life sustaining, or of a lesser capacity in Human thought etc. Even though we might any one of us, regard our own biology as best, since it has proved to be certainly what is best at sustaining our own life, we can also consider that the anatomy and physiology and homeostasis balance, of other races, has a real value in the proving of evolution. Can I dare to suggest to you that race, is a sociological construct, around our witness to varying bio-chemical adaptations, in sets of normally eight generations in any family, which are all only a part of the general patterns of regulation which sustain us in homeostasis. Even at the level of DNA this is true. Our DNA can be caused to have all the good switches turned on, and the bad ones turned off, only by environmental influences, as has been evidenced in many species. One example is that a surrogate mother dog was implanted with the zygot made in a test tube, from another mother dog, with the sperm of a male dog very like to the ovuum mother; so as to cause a pedigree improvement in a variety of dogs which had poor puppy bearing capacity. But the puppies all came out spotty like the surrogate mother had been, even in a guarantee that her own ovuum had not come into contact with any sperm. How much is our immediate influence over our offspring determined by how we cope with stress during pregnancy? A number of experiments have been done with the children of women who were pregnant when they witnessed the September 11th 2001 world trade centre collapse. The children whose mother was in the second trimester of pregnancy, all tend to over produce cortisol. They were born into that homeostasis, but why? And importantly, are they enabled in that degree of cortisol production without craving unhealthy food? East Asian culture has a pattern in which cortisol release is minded truly phenomenonally well by diet. How their internal regard for food is being culturally allocated, is determined by belief in the pictures we each might veiw in our internal mental constructs, as being soley of passive reception, often enough through food. This is exemplifed by consumption of caffiene products which have an alkali nature, and so leave acidic (receptive) trace deposits in the body, while we are more likely to drink coffee and chocolate, which are acidic, leaving alkali (active) deposits in the body. I had a coffee recently which is Saudi Arabian, made from raw Cuban coffee beans, lightly fried only until hot, then boiled with saffron and cardamom, which was in total acid neutral. The difference in effect on the homeostasis is tangible.

Another fact about East Asian culture worthy of note, is the writing. So many more written forms need be recognisable, and communication between persons of different localities is totally enabled by writing above speech. Is this related to the cortisol being at a higher level? I believe that one of the main reasons for non-Aboriginal australians often assuming of Aborigines being imbeciles, is only because of the Aboriginal population having been sustaining very high cortisol production now for some many generations since 1788. But in considering that we need also consider other very recent population influxes. For example there is anthropological evidence of Indonesian Islam having arrived here in australia somewhere between seven and eight hundred years ago. Then there is archaelogical evidence of Chinese having arrived here about three hundred and fifty years ago. So if we want to assess any societal homeostasis, within that concept of evolution, we need take such alterations to the genetics into account. Remembering that evolution is always hand in hand with involution, (religion teaches that the negative principal of involution is always in double the quantity of the processing of evolution), so it only needs that one third of the population to be enabled in managing stress well, for the whole population to be headed in the correct direction. Yet amid all the massive stress of the age, Aborigines are often, through overloads of cortisol, being disabled in speech communication. Yet within that outlook, among other Aborigines there is a high level of non-verbal communication, such that lacking speech is not necessarily too disabling. The written form is beginning to manifest also in place of speech, at a remarkably rapid pace when compared with the written tradition in the middle east.

To conclude might I elaborate just a little upon what I have mentioned in relation to the esoteric religious comprehension of evolution. It is equitably Dao and Vedic, as it is Judaic and Christian, and I have learned through Islam. What I write at times might be a little too speculative for most of those whose opinions I regard as having real worth, since you will all be a scientist in one way or another. It is about a religious science of thought or Spirit, best aligned with modern psychology, sociology, and small parts of psychiatry. Beware of such ideas parading in any non-scientific form, even through that whole “new age” movement has kick started a great quantity of excellent science. Also beware of any innuendo that this idea has any value judgments of any racial characteristics when placed within the context of religious assessments of sin. The idea is this: Evolution is basically a constantly present force among us, but it can not be sustained in the slightest without a complementary (never competing but always co-habiting) process of twice as much involution. Involution works up the scale of an octave with two semitones between the third and the forth and the seventh and the eighth, and is hard work in fact. While evolution then can naturally descend. Those coping well at high levels of stress are who found method of attuning to the tunes (songlines or ley lines) in an evolutionary form. So if you can accommodate what I have just written here as fact now, here then is my almost speculative idea: Is it true that the extent of involution of real thought and descent belief, which we are all, at present, stressed out of our wits in attempts to comprehend, a sign of the stirrings of the first of many steps of a massive evolutionary upheaval and overhaul of life at Earth? Religious teachings world wide all seem to be telling that such is the case, but too many who ascribe to that belief, are putting their own facing of the impending crisis off until tomorrow. But nevertheless it is an idea which is proven by Muslim Scientists, to enable dramatic reduction in levels of daily stress. Veilled up as these processes are by necessity, (in Aboriginal cutlure veilled in Story, since there is not that stricter Arab form of Islam to temper the mind by frequent attendance at Mosque etc.), real work, and hard work, is required to detect that such exists. The work in which we receive necessity of, endure, and also resist, involution.

So how are our genetics already beginning to adapt, and are we yet optimising the prevailing conditions? There is recent New Zealand research suggesting that perhaps everybody had it wrong in respect of the pace at which genetic evolution occurs through degerations in which a flaw in genetics might prove to be a winner in survival. Apparently those processes might be far more rapid than anybody had expected before. (Except for the dog breeders that is.) Other changes are happening simultaneous with the world becoming a more stressful environment. For example: Where the Human psyche has become inhibited from belief in Angels, there has arisen examples of belief in Aliens who abduct us in our sleep and alter our genetics, and then encourage us to act to protect the trees. Why? Why are folk who can sustain belief in either Angels or Aliens, and often even both, (apparently the alien is the feminine form of an Angel, in which we are forbidden from learning the names of), generally manage stress better and tend to regulate our diets better also. Many australian Aborigines are in this category, but also many persons of other races. But here I must beg you to disagree with me. Can it be real that every person claiming and leaning upon belief in Angels and aliens is truly less stressed? Perhaps some of them are fully stressful people, and have been offsetting their own manufacturing of stress by blaming others, or an Angel, or even an Angel who has shown their feminine form, as being more alike to the Devil, in an aborbing as an exorcist of the blaming in the Human psyche, as a method of protecting Human children. We can not even begin to detect what sort of belief patterns might be those which are evolutionary, when we are not scientists.

There are a whole variety of conclusions able to be drawn from the set of facts I have here, no more than collated, as able to be associated. Try not to conclude that it is ever alright to over indulge in stressing food, and then you will be better able to understand this work. My own recovery was enabled singularly through Islamic practise at Ramadan, yet the most curious fact about that, is that I had attuned with Islam through the uniting in my mind, of my affiliations with traditionally oriented Aboriginal australians, with having read and believed, an allegory made for the western European culturally oriented reader, which belongs with a teaching system sponsored through an esoteric school of Islam. One Ramadan, I just had to fast, without any mental recognition of the fact that Ramadan was happening. But before that time, I had never ever let myself be stressed by what I was or was not "meant" to be eating.  I just ate as want had me, yet I never ate for the purpose of knowledge acquisition.  My own conclusion is that there is a world of scientific research at our feet, in which we can evaluate the worth of what is left with us from among the world's religious traditions.  Islam's purpose is no less.
